It's very pretty! The base color is pigmented nicely, but doesn't cover up the glitter pieces, which leads to a bit of a jelly sandwich effect.
Application was ok, the color was a bit hard to control and streaky on the fist coat, but became more even on the second. I used three thinnish coats, which covered the nail completely. It dries to a super glossy finish, and the silver glitter makes it only slightly gritty. It was really hard to take pics of Blue Buzz - it was so glossy, I couldn't get a shot without any reflection.
