Chameleon - Nucleus

Nucleus is one of Chameleon's beautiful duochrome polishes. I'm not sure how long this shade has been out, but my Rite Aid just started stocking it. Chameleon makes beautiful duochromes and this one is no exception.

Nucleus shifts from a plum purple to a dusty teal. The formula is thin, and you'll need at least three coats for the color to be opaque. Like with most Cameleon polishes, you'll get brush strokes showing. I don't know what it is about their formula, but I've never worn their polish and not have brush strokes show. It's frustrating, but a good top coat does even out the color a bit. Nucleus also has a tendency to bubble if you don't let it completely dry before adding another coat. Considering how cheap and pretty they are, I can live with the bad formula, though.

For my pics I applied three coats of Nucleus over a coat of Seche Vite. I also applied on coat of the Seche top coat to try and even out the streaks a bit.
